Sappy was raised in Austin, Texas. After joining No Good Tattoo in 2021, she became a co owner in the start 2025. Always having dreamt of a career in tattooing, they started learning to handpoke in 2016. She fell in love with the organic pace of handpoking and is inspired predominantly by the natural world and patterns.

Their art explores the whispers that connect everything from sensations to solid form. They believe in empowerment and embodiment through external expression of many art mediums, that creative expression is therapeutic and radical.
